Genuine BMW New Old Stock rubber sealing boot for the steering column and steering spindle assembly fitted to selected classic BMW models.

BMW describes this component as a “Cup”. It is a shaped rubber bellows with an integrated metal insert, designed to fit around the steering-column assembly and help protect the steering spindle area against dirt, moisture and other contamination.

BMW part number 32311104156 has been discontinued and is no longer regularly available new.

The rubber boot appears well preserved and retains a clean overall appearance. Due to its age and long-term storage, the following may still be present:

• Age-related changes to the rubber compound

As with all older NOS rubber components, the boot must be carefully checked for flexibility, cracks, hardening and deformation before installation.
