Refund & Returns Policy – Tayushi

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the Tayushi webshop.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Tayushi by email at

info@tayushi.nl within the withdrawal period.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. IMPORTANT – Automotive Parts

Due to the nature of automotive parts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that: Have been installed, mounted, or fitted Show signs of use, wear, or installation Have been modified or altered

in any way If a product has lost value due to handling beyond what is permitted, Tayushi reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a depreciation fee.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return: Email info@tayushi.nl within 14 days after receiving your order Wait for confirmation and return instructions Return the product within 14 days after notification Customers are

responsible for providing proof of return shipment.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Tayushi. For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise. If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery with photos and order details. Tayushi will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

7. Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before ordering. Tayushi is not liable for incorrect purchases due to compatibility issues, including but not limited to modified or non-standard vehicles.
