Original Bosch New Old Stock O-ring set for the suction valves of the Kugelfischer mechanical fuel-injection pump fitted to various classic BMW models.

The set contains four O-rings. This is the correct quantity required for one four-cylinder Kugelfischer injection pump, making this a complete vehicle set for models such as the BMW 2000tii, 2002tii, 2002 Turbo and E12 520i with M10 Kugelfischer injection.

The BMW M1 uses six of these O-rings. Therefore, this four-piece set is not a complete vehicle set for the M1.

The O-rings have never been installed. The original period packaging and label may show storage wear, ageing, dirt or previous opening. Please inspect the photographs carefully.

Because these are older rubber components, their flexibility and condition should be checked before installation. Do not install O-rings showing cracks, deformation or excessive hardening.

Installation recommendation

The fuel system must be depressurised and handled away from heat, sparks and open flames. Thoroughly clean the surrounding area before opening the injection pump.

Replace all four O-rings together on a four-cylinder pump. For a BMW M1, replace all six seals. Lubricate the O-rings only with a suitable fuel-compatible product and perform a careful fuel-leak test after installation.

Installation by a specialist familiar with Kugelfischer mechanical injection systems is strongly recommended.
