The moulded glass markings are identification and approval markings, rather than the complete headlight’s BMW part number.

Vehicle compatibility

For selected vehicles with the corresponding HELLA headlight arrangement:

• BMW E23 7 Series — matching later headlight configuration, generally from September 1982

• BMW E28 5 Series — matching HELLA low beam configuration

Please compare the glass pattern, retaining ring, rear mounting arrangement and traffic specification with your existing lamp before ordering.

Confirm suitability for the required beam pattern, particularly when replacing a lamp on a vehicle originally supplied for a different market.

Condition

Used headlight in very tidy overall cosmetic condition.

The glass has no cracks, and the chrome surround presents beautifully.

Light age-related marks, small surface scratches and minor signs of previous use may be present. The reflective interior presents well through the front glass.

Electrical operation and beam alignment have not been verified. The rear fittings are not shown in the supplied photographs.

Please carefully review both photographs for the exact appearance and condition.
