Genuine BMW New Old Stock black sealing strip for the bumper overriders fitted to selected classic BMW E10, E3 and E9 models.

The strip is installed between the chrome bumper and the bumper overriders, also known as bumper horns. It protects the chrome surfaces from direct metal-to-metal contact and provides a neat finished edge around the overriders.

This listing contains one continuous strip intended to be cut into the individual sections required during installation. The supplied length is approximately 100 cm and is generally sufficient for one complete vehicle.

The strip is supplied with its original BMW packaging and label. Due to its age and long-term storage, the following may be present:

• Storage dust
• Coiling and pressure marks
• Temporary deformation caused by long-term rolled storage
• Light cosmetic marks
• Age-related changes to the material

The strip should be carefully inspected for flexibility, cracks, hardening and shrinkage before installation. Allowing it to rest uncoiled in a warm environment may help it return to its original shape.

Installation recommendation

Before installation:
