Function

This duct connects the air-filter housing to the vehicle’s fresh-air intake. It channels cooler outside air toward the air filter while helping isolate the intake system from hot engine-compartment air.

Condition

Used original BMW component.

The duct shows normal signs of age and previous installation, including dirt, surface marks, scratches and discolouration. The fitted metal hose clamp has visible oxidation and wear. Please inspect all photographs carefully for the exact condition.

Due to the age of the rubber, it should be checked for hardening, deterioration and small cracks before installation. Cleaning is recommended.
